What is it like to take a jewelry class in my studio? Just how much fun can you have?

Stretch yourself creatively. Spend a day making a beautiful piece of jewelry you can treasure for years to come!

A wise friend once told me that teaching another person is a great way to discover how much you truly know about a subject or a task.

That’s the case when I teach a student how to make a piece of jewelry. I only offer one-on-one classes because I want to focus on their individual needs and ensure the process is both enjoyable and productive. We always learn from each other.

I work in an airy, light-filled studio filled with a treasure trove of stones, crystals, buttons, and beads. Great inspiration for a piece of jewelry

We start with a thorough safety lecture and move right into design and fabrication.

During the course, I explain and  demonstrate each step:

  • Wrapping the bezel, soldering it onto the back piece.
  • Adding surface decoration, finishing, and stone setting.
  • Then it's up to the student, and off we go.

At the end of the day, students have an enormous sense of accomplishment AND  a future heirloom that they can treasure for years to come.

I always learn a few things in the process as well. It's truly a collaboration.

Thank you so much for an excellent day! You got me from idea to object in lighting quick time. I love my reliquary pendant, you're and excellent teacher! -FF, Uxbridge

What Our Clients Say

  • I discovered Jeannine Rosenberg while enjoying the Uxbridge Studio Tour. I adore the brightly coloured pieces she creates. I'm so in love with the necklace I bought that I've started shopping for clothes that showoff my necklace instead of the other way around.
